When we tell developers we ship a full digital showroom in seven days, most of them ask the same thing: how?
The honest answer: we have a tight process and we do not add scope. Here is the day-by-day look at what we do with your assets.
Day 0 — The hand-off
Before the clock starts, we have a two-hour call. That is it. No brief documents, no kickoff workshops, no retainers.
On that call we collect:
- Architectural renders (you already have these).
- Floor plans per unit type.
- Brand assets: logo, colours, fonts.
- Price list with unit numbers and currencies.
- RERA registration number and DLD link.
If you have all of this, you walk out of the call with a go date. Day 1 starts the next working morning.
Day 1 to 2 — Architecture and structure
We build the spine of the showroom. This is the part buyers never see, but it is what makes the experience fast.
- Set up the project domain and routing.
- Import floor plans and tag every unit.
- Set up the pricing engine with all five currencies.
- Connect DLD and RERA links.
At the end of Day 2, every unit is addressable. Nothing is visible yet. The skeleton is there.
Day 3 to 4 — The 3D walk-through
This is the heaviest work. Your renders are beautiful. They are also static. Buyers cannot walk through a render.
We take every unit and build it as a walk-through. Buyers can move through every room, look up, look down, and stop where they want to.
We do this in the browser. No app. No plugin. It opens on a five-year-old phone.
Day 5 — Brand and copy
Your showroom should feel like your project. Not like a template.
Day 5 is when we wire in your brand:
- Logo, colour palette, type.
- Hero copy for the project.
- Amenity and location narrative.
- Broker WhatsApp numbers.
We keep copy short. Buyers do not read. They scan.
Day 6 — Review and refinement
We send you the draft link. You walk the showroom. You send notes.
You get two rounds of refinement. Most developers use one. The changes are usually: "swap this render," "fix this price," "adjust the copy on unit 1204."
Day 7 — Live
We push to the production domain. You get a single tracked URL. Every broker gets the same link with their own tag.
Your dashboard turns on. You see every view in real time. By lunchtime your first buyer is already walking the penthouse from London.
What we do not do
We do not build custom. Every project uses the same platform. That is how we keep the price low and the timeline tight.
We do not do brochure websites. If you want a marketing site for the project, that is a different product.
We do not do renders. You bring your renders. We turn them into a walk.
What happens if we miss
We refund one hundred per cent. No questions. No partial credit.
It has not happened yet. We designed the process so it cannot, short of a buyer not sending us files.
